RasoiJobs is operated by Lavanvit Innovations LLP. RasoiJobs connects hospitality professionals, restaurants, and household hirers through its website and mobile application.
Depending on how you use RasoiJobs, we collect your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, city and other profile details, work experience, job applications, restaurant details, bookings, and support messages. We collect KYC document numbers, uploaded KYC files, verification results, and OCR results when you submit KYC. We also collect payment, subscription, credit, invoice, and booking references needed to operate the service.
The mobile application asks for camera or gallery access only when you choose to take or upload a profile photo, restaurant image, resume, or KYC document. The application can request notification permission. When notifications are enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging and our notification service receive a device push token, platform, application version, and delivery status so we can send account and service notifications. Device tokens are removed when an account is deleted.
RasoiJobs may use browser or device location only when you allow it, such as to show nearby jobs or cooks. We do not use continuous background location for the account deletion or sign-in flows. You can disable location access in your device or browser settings.
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify contacts and KYC, match candidates and jobs, provide bookings and subscriptions, process payments, deliver notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests, and improve the service.
KYC documents are reviewed by authorized RasoiJobs administrators. Where enabled, OCR extracts text to help validate document numbers and names. OCR output and document files are used for verification and are deleted when an account deletion request is verified, subject to a legal or fraud-prevention hold.
Razorpay processes payment transactions for subscriptions, credits, and bookings. RasoiJobs does not store full card or bank credentials. We use infrastructure, email, SMS, Firebase notification, OCR, analytics, and hosting providers only as needed to provide the service. Providers receive the minimum information needed for their function and must protect it under their applicable agreements.
We do not sell personal information. An employee profile may be shown to restaurants and an eligible restaurant profile may be used for matching or booking workflows. We share information with processors described above, with authorized administrators, and when required by law, court order, payment settlement, fraud prevention, or protection of users and the service.
We use HTTPS, access controls, OTP verification, token revocation, restricted KYC access, and audit records appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Active account and profile data is kept while the account is in use. After a verified deletion request, we remove active account, profile, and contact data, KYC files and OCR data, resumes and profile media, device tokens, active sessions, OTP records, and in-app notifications.
We retain only records needed for defined obligations: payment, invoice, and tax records are targeted for up to 8 years after the transaction; security, contact-reuse, and account-deletion audit records for up to 7 years after closure; and support communications for up to 3 years after the last interaction. A longer period may apply for a legal hold, an unresolved dispute, fraud investigation, payment settlement, or another applicable legal requirement. Retained records are access-restricted and are not active account data. The current application does not promise an automatic purge on a specific day; retention review and applicable law control the final disposal date.
To delete an account in the app, open Settings, choose Delete account, request an OTP, and confirm with the code sent to your registered email or phone. You can also use the public Google Play deletion page at https://rasoijobs.com/account-deletion without signing in. The web request requires OTP verification and uses generic responses so an account cannot be discovered by trial.
