Delete your account

You can delete your RasoiJobs employee, restaurant, or household account from the app, or request deletion here without signing in.

In the RasoiJobs app

  1. Open Settings while signed in.
  2. Choose Delete account and review the consequences.
  3. Request an OTP, enter the code sent to your registered email or phone, and confirm deletion.

From this webpage

  1. Enter the account email address or phone number below.
  2. Enter the one-time code sent to that registered contact.
  3. Deletion is completed only after the code is verified.

Request deletion on the web

For privacy, the response is the same whether or not an account matches the details you enter. We never delete an account from this form without verifying an OTP.

What deletion does

Deletion removes access immediately and removes the active account, profile and contact details, KYC documents and OCR data, resumes, profile images, restaurant media, device tokens, sessions, OTP records, and in-app notifications. Existing payment and operational records are not used to restore the account.

What may be retained

RasoiJobs retains payment, invoice, tax, subscription, credit, booking, job/application, contact-reuse, security, and deletion-audit records only for legal, tax, payment settlement, fraud prevention, dispute, or audit needs. Payment and tax records are targeted for up to 8 years after the transaction; security and deletion audits up to 7 years after closure; and support communications up to 3 years after the last interaction, or longer only where a legal hold or applicable law requires it. Retained records are access-restricted and are not active account data.
